The Buzz
Braxton was Buzz Lightyear for Halloween last year, and I am happy to say that the costume we got at the Disney store (for $40!) is still being used almost every day!
Merrick even joins in the fun and gets a one-sie and has Merrill or me snap it around his neck for a cape and then he takes off "and beyond!"
Today was a little hard. Because Braxton needs a nap. Need I say more? Crying the WHOLE time we are getting him all dressed up, and then more crying when "The boots aren't fitting right!" At least Merrill is here to help me deal and not go insane.

The Strange and Exotic of Sierra Vista Part 1
This will be a series of pictures/events that we get to see every day in Sierra Vista. If you haven't been here, here is a little map: (yeah, its right by Mexico)
The idea for this Series came to us while we were at church. (I hope none of them know about my blog) There will be pictures from church later to come.
This is "Safety Ossifer of Sierra Vista" At first glance, you might not notice anything out of the ordinary (Except that it is an older man on a totally AWESOME moped.) We didn't think anything of it, till we noticed the handicapped sticker (on the old milk carton AND the licence plate)
Next I notice the little green O2 tank in the ghetto milk carton basket. Hummm.....that is interesting. OH YEAH! He isn't wearing a helmet! Bad Idea? I think it might be.
This was the icing on the cake. Right before he zipped out in front of a car at a 'yield on green' light, Merrill pointed out that he is USING the O2 tank! Yes - you can see the little clear pipe running up his leg and in to his nose.
Lets just hope that next time "Safety Ossifer" zips through a light, he does so in a more safe manner, and avoids the would-be ball of fire that would undoubtedly result from a crash.
You do have to admire him for being out in the heat and enjoying a nice ride through the dessert.
So Tired...can't go on!
I don't remember being this tired with Merrick (I was with Braxton, but I thought that was because I didn't have anything else to do....)
I am SO TIRED! I have taken a nap every day and am starting to feel a bit sick when I think of drinking the nasty Arizona tap water, so I am on to bottled. I cant even eat a cookie with out feeling like I might hurl. (I only have barfed one time and I had a Migrain - this past Saturday - but I think that may be what started it all)
It is all I can to to sit on the couch while the boys watch a show or I can sit outside and watch them play in the heat.
Luckily for for me, Merrill is my husband. I Love Him!
He has gotten the boys tubed every night (AND MAN THEY ARE DIRTY!). He reads to Braxton (Scriptures and Dr. Seuss). Every morning he gets the dishes cleaned up when he gets home from PT and makes the beds and gets the boys teeth brushed. He lets me get them dressed (I think so that I don't feel so lazy and worthless). And then he makes them lunch if he is home. He sweeps and Swiffers the floors, and vacuums and is always tidying up the toys and odd things the boys get out.
How did I get so lucky?

We are alive.
I don't know what is harder.....the dryness and heat OR the fact that the sun is UP and shining bright orange in our bedroom windows, causing the boys to get up - at 5:30! (With out fail!)
I am putting lotion on all the time and we are trying to go outside, but end up waiting till after 5-ish when it starts to cool down. It really isn't that hot....like high 90s......because we are at such a high altitude....like 5,000 feet.
I guess when you are pregnant like me, everything is just exhausting. I am tired all the time (At least not sick like Ellie) but I cant even go over and chat for 5 mi nuts with Jessica (our back-yard neighbor) without wanting to sit on the ground because my legs are tired.
On a better note.....I got some pictures developed from Costco and the got here yesterday, so I got to frame and hang them in our room.
I also get to go to Target (Didn't have that in Hawaii).
And me and the boys went to see
